Tom Cruise is the hunkiest movie star, according to the world’s biggest experts… moms. The Top Gun actor beat funnyman Robin Williams to the No 1 spot in a poll Sunday. Showcase Cinemas asked 2,000 of them to pick the sexiest male actors of all time and their favorite film.

Cruise, 60, gained the most votes, while The Sound Of Music, which stars Julie Andrews and came out in 1965, was named as the most-loved movie. Trailing Cruise and Good Will Hunting star Williams were Tom Hanks, Patrick Swayze, Robert Redford and John Wayne.
