If you have leftover pizza in the fridge, you’ve probably wondered more than a few times just how long it should stay in there before you need to toss it.
According to food safety expert Janilyn Hutchings, StateFoodSafety food scientist and certified professional in food safety (CP-FS), pizza will stay good in the fridge for three to four days. To help ensure freshness, Hutchings suggests storing it in an airtight container rather than refrigerating it in the box it came in.
