Mushroom Kebabs with Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

    button mushrooms
  • MARINADE:
  • 250
    ml
    Greek yoghurt
  • 30
    ml
    fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 – 2 garlic cloves, bruised
  • 5
    ml
    ground cumin
  • 15
    ml
    fresh lemon juice

Place the mushrooms in a shallow mixing bowl that is suitable for marinating. Mix all the marinade ingredients together and stir it into the mushrooms. Leave to marinate for at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

Thread the mushrooms onto soaked wooden kebab skewers and BBQ them over moderate coals for about 5 minutes.
