At long last FX have confirmed the release date for American Horror Story season eight, and as speculated it’s hitting our screens this Fall. Announcing the news via the show’s official social media account, a post went up saying it’s ‘not long now’ till we get it alongside the picture.
That’s right, the eighth instalment is dropping at the start of September, following suit with previous series. However, what we still don’t know is well… a lot. So far, the only real thing that we know for sure is that AHS8 will revolve around a crossover between Murder House (series one) and Coven (series three).
The AHS creator loves his little teases, and he already has fans talking after dropping just a few words about the 2018 season during the Television Critics Association press tour.
Here’s what he said:
“All I’ll say about it is I want to go to the future — still topical, but the future, which I’ve never done.”
However, don’t go thinking outer space future. He added, “Not space.”
