A 42-year-old woman drowned in a southeast Oklahoma City tornado shelter, police said. The shelter is in the 7900 block of SE 164. Emergency crews have responded after she was found early Thursday. The Oklahoma City Police Department says the 42-year-old appears to have taken shelter in her storm shelter before it filled up with water, trapping her. The Oklahoma City Fire Department says the victim appears to have locked herself in the shelter with a chain.
