An Italian-American chef from New Jersey has become a Web star after he was filmed making a serious meal of pronouncing the name of a classic British sauce. More than 1 million people have logged on to see Pasquale Sciarappa struggling to say the words “Worcestershire Sauce” in one of his YouTube cookery classes. Hilarious outtake footage sees the 75-year-old calling the fermented liquid condiment, among others, “Wan-chess-teer sow-eh-chey.” The experienced cook, who started working in catering when he was just 16-years-old, then gives up. But he soon adds: “I don’t what kind of country come this from but I’m Italian, I don’t know what to say.”
