For one cup of chocolate shell
2 cups good quality chocolate, finely chopped
1/4 cup refined coconut oil
1. Add the chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl or container along with the coconut oil.
2. Microwave, in 30 second intervals, until completely melted.
3. Pour it over ice cream and watch the magic happen (allow 30 seconds before you try to crack it. You will know it’s ready when the shell turns from glossy to matte).
Once the chocolate shell re-hardens you can just microwave it again until liquidy,
