Kings of Leon Drummer Injured in Bus Accident

Nashville rock band Kings of Leon postponed a Sunday night concert in Saratoga Springs, New York after their tour bus was involved in an accident, injuring drummer Nathan Followill. According to an official statement on the band’s Facebook page, Followill is being treated for broken ribs, “but is doing well.” “The band was en route to their hotel after their show in Boston when a pedestrian jumped in front of their tour bus, causing the bus to stop short, injuring Nathan Followill.” Sunday’s concert was postponed until further notice, and the band is offering refunds to ticket holders at point of purchase. As of Sunday morning, the band’s next tour date — August 13 in Wantagh, New York — was still scheduled. Fans are asked to visit for the latest updates.
